Bhoja Bora Saul is a traditional Assamese roasted, roasted sticky rice (glutinous rice) offering a chewy texture, often enjoyed as jolpaan with curd and jaggery. Rich in starch and high in amylopectin, it is popular in Assamese cuisine for snacks, traditional pitha (cakes), and breakfasts. This unpolished heirloom rice is packed with nutrients and is a staple during Bihu festivals.
