Malbhog Chirwa

Malbhog Chirwa (or Chira) is a premium, traditional flattened rice from Assam and Northeast India, made from the aromatic Malbhog rice variety. Known for its delicate, thin texture and distinctive flavor, this white rice flake is often produced using traditional dheki (mortar and pestle) methods. It is commonly consumed as a nutritious breakfast with curd (doi) and jaggery (gur) or milk.
